Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce Recipe

  Another recipe with the combination of chili and garlic is the sweet chili garlic sauce! For your information, the previous recipe is  Chili Garlic Chicken . Ingredients 5 fresh red chilies 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon corn flour Salt Water Methods Boil one cup of water in a pan. Add the red chilies and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer the chilies into a grinder. Grind the chilies with some water. Pour the ground chilli into a pan and boil it. Add sugar and garlic. Mix them well. Add the vinegar and mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves. Add tomato ketchup and salt. Stir it well and boil it. Dilute the corn flour with water and pour it into the mixture. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thickened. Your sweet chilli sauce is ready! Serve it with fried chicken, fried fishballs, and any other dishes you want! – Recommended to you! A&P Chili P
